Large 5-5½", coral pink flowers with a sunny yellow watermark, lime green throat, and pie crust ruffles open wide and flat for best display. These fragrant blossoms are produced on thick, well-branched stems which carry 20 or more buds apiece in midseason and then again later in the summer.
Daylilies can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone).
