Oenothera kunthiana 'Glowing Magenta'

Common Name: Evening Primrose

Fuzzy buds open to deep pink, 4-petaled flowers from early through late summer on this unusually compact selection. The narrow, lance-shaped, dark green leaves form a low, prostrate, spreading mound. The first year, this plant grows about 6" tall, but it can double that height by the second year.

Use this plant in rock gardens, near the front of the border, or in containers.
